hi            i m staying in holiday inn pudong nanphu . I want to go for huangpu river cruise. Which is nearby ferry station? How much it charges & how many hours?

Hey, the ferry cruise has several different types with different services. If you mean the cruise without tea or diner, you need to go to no. 501, East Zhongshan 2nd Road to take the ferry. It cost CNY100. To catch the cruise, I suggest you take a taxi to reach from your hotel and the cab fare is CNY20-30.
