Any thing to see or visit in Harbin during the period March 10 through March 30 for Hawaiians?

Generally speaking, the ice and snow festival will be ended at the middle of March, 2015. Maybe you can fully enjoy the festival. If not, there are still many attractions in this city. St. Sophia Church, Central Street (Zhongyang Dajie) and Siberian Tiger Park are good choices for you. Have fun!2
