ReplyGenerally speaking, the ice and snow festival will be ended at the middle of March, 2015. Maybe you can fully enjoy the festival. If not, there are still many attractions in this city. St. Sophia Church, Central Street (Zhongyang Dajie) and Siberian Tiger Park are good choices for you. Have fun!20Reply
