asking about S1

good day!

My boyfriend a british citizen is working in one of the schools in PRC for 10 months already. Is he can invite me to come in PRC? He invited me to come next month to his birthday. He shouldered all the expenses.

I'm working here in cebu for a long time. I visited hongkong 2 years ago. Aside passport, NBI, ID and EMPLOYER CERT., do i need to show my bank statement account?

Can i apply double entry visa for first time in PRC? If i will apply a single entry how many days can i stay in PRC? Where can i get S1 form, is downloadable to the website?

Looking forward to your favorable response.

You only visit HK, but did not visit China mainland, right?
If so, the bank statement or any proof of your finance is needed to show. You can try to apply a double entry one, but it is not assured that you can get it in the end.
If you want it, you can ask your bf to write you an invitation letter mention you need to stay for a long time, which may be helpful to get a double entry one. Besides, if he can provide a proof to show that he has enough money to shoulder all your expense no matter how long you stay in China, it may be helpful.

If you only get a single entry one, you can stay at most 30 days. After that, you can extend it if you want. The form can be downloaded on the official website of Chinese embassy in Philippine and it can also be found on this website.
