Is there a transit hotel/shower in Shanghai Pudong Terminal 1

we have a 4 hour layover and need to take a rest/shower

There is no hotel in terminal buildings. Hotels located between T1 and T2 are good choices for you to take a rest. :-)

Hello Henry

Thank you for your answer. Do you know if we can go through immigration without collecting our baggage and use the hotel? our baggage will be checked through from London to Melbourne.
