About:China Private Visit Visa

S2 visa, what private affairs?

We are Dutch and have two adopted children from China. Would it be possible to get a 10 year S2 to visit China multiple times?

The ten-year one is impossible to get. Usually, the validity of a S2 is one year with multiple entries at most. You may consider to apply for that and then re-apply every year.

Is the ten year S2 only for Americans? I know of someone from USA that got a 10 year one...
