It is hard to find that online with English version. I happened to know some Chinese and have checked out the info for you. In NT East Bus Station, there are 80 buses running to Shanghai every day. The bus service starts at 05:40 and stops operation in 17:30. Every 15 mins, there will be a bus departing. By the way, some bus will reach Shanghai Hongqiao Bus Station, while some stops at Shanghai General Bus Station. The bus fare is CNY55.
