The first train from Tung Chung to Tsing Yi is in 06:02; the first from Tsing Yi to the airport is in 05:59. The time you arrive in the airport would be around 06:30. Generally, it requires around two hours to catch an international flight at HKIA. In this way, your time would be tight. Then I suggest you take airport shuttle bus line S1 at Tung Chung. Its first bus leaves at 05:30 and arrives at HKIA within 20-30min.
