What is the traditional food in shan tang jie in Suzhou?

Stinky tofu (Smelly tofu), Steamed dumplings, Wonton & noodles, Fried Plain Bun and Sweet-scented Osmanthus Cake are traditional food in this scenic area. Hope you like. :-)

I went there when i was on a field trip but the people didn't really tells us (SSIS G6) any infomation
