We are two french people travelling in South America. On the 20th of january 2015  we will be in Buenos Aires. We would like to apply for a L type while we are in Buenos Aires. We will travel in China in May.Is that possible, how many time would it take and what documents do we need to bring?Thank youClément

Probably, you may not apply it in Buenos Aires, because you do not have a DNI of Argentina. The DNI is required for foreigner who are in Argentina. You are suggested to have a try to apply it in HK through a local tour agency, so you can travel to HK to have a try.
