how many lives was lost during construction of the great wall?

Angel, there is no exact figure rcorded in history. According to some sources, Emperor Qinshihuang deployed nearly 300000 people to build the wall. And 120000 of them died during the construction.

Ok, so there was an estimate of 4,000,000 who built the Great Wall. More than 3/4 of them died during the process ( mainly commoners )
