can i apply visa to guangzhou from hong kong

I got problem to apply last minit visa due to my husband very busy and i just know it today...So..How can i get it because my flight back to Malaysia are from Guangzhou airport...Can i get the detail and price to pay for its application...My trip is from 14/12 - 16/12...in HongKong and 17/12 need to be in Guangzhou n going back by flight at Guangzhou in the morning
