can a foreigner currently in shanghai pay cash and buy tickets

I am a sri lankan passport holder currently traveling in china and i want to pay cash and buy train and air tickets
example SH to huzhou ,huzhou to ningbo train tickets and ningbo to shenzhen air ticket by paying cash
