Free shuttle bus is possible in spring parade at tsim sha tsui, hong kong.

I'll arrive at HK airport at 6 pm. I know that Spring parade stops all taxi or bus at nathan and canton road.
If I ride AEL, maybe I arrive at 7 pm kowloon station. My destination is sheraton HK hotel.
That time, free shuttle bus will operate? If it's not operated, how can I reach to the hotel?
I'm worried about that. Plz give me correct answer~~
