If by taxi, you need at least three taxis. I suggest you ue the airport express. Take airport express to Kowloon. After getting off, you can take the hotel's free shuttle bus to the hotel. You can consult your hotel about the boarding sites of the free bus in advance.
PS. You can buy group package ticket for Airport Express, it would be cheaper.0
