Internship Visa in China

I am a Dutch citizen.
I am currently studying in China and I have a X2 type.
However, I want to apply for a different type to stay longer, as I will make my internship here.
Do you know what kind do I need if this is a paid internship?
Is it possible to apply for it from China?

Since it is a paid internship, a Work Z type may be needed. It is impossible to apply that in China. You are suggested to go to HK to apply through a tour agency. It may be easier for you to get it in HK.
