I am michelle a filipino citizen. i want to apply for x2 visa

and it will be my first time applying for this. I already have jw202 form and the admission slip from school in china. I want to ask what are other documents i need to prepare to get it. Do i still need to show details regarding finances? thanks.

You are still a student now, right?
If so, the finance proof is not needed, but a student proof from your school is needed for the application. Besides, you still need to prepare your passport, an application form and a recent taken photo for the application.

Hi Ansel thanks for the reply.
I'm not a student anymore. I will go to china to study mandarin, my fiancee a british citizen is living in china since 2003 and has established businesses. We decided that i will take a mandarin course as preparation for the future so i can help him run the business.

If so, the bank statement and work certificate/proof are needed if you are the first time to apply. Besides, you can contact the Chinese embassy in your country to ask whether they requires other documents for the application.
