Here is my suggestion:Day 1: arrive in NN, hotel check in; Renmin Park; NN Zoo.Day 2: Yangmei Ancient Town (morning); go to Bama (afternoon)Day 3: Panyang River; Longlived VillageDay 4: Magic Hole 100; Blessed Lake; go back to NNDay 5: Shimen Forest Park.Hotels recommended in Bama:1. Holiday Villa Hotel & Suites, Bama: no. 368, Xinjian Road (near Bama long lived museum)2.
