Money in shanghai airport

I have a 5 hour stopover in shanghai in a few months time and was wondering what currency is accepted in the terminals or if they accept visa cards at most places in there?

To shop in the duty free shops, I remmeber Chinese Yuan, USD and HKD are all accepted. And almost shops and restautrants accepct payment with visa cards.
