Is it even possible to have a chance for getting a Z visa?

Dear Travel China Guide

I got an internship in Shanghai, and the company is going to request the Z type.

I'm from Denmark but I'm currently located in another country. My latest education is a college degree (3 years HHX) and a Bachelor of Commerce subject (3 months). I have a lot of documented working experience and a clean criminal record.

Is it even possible for me to get a Z type or shouldn't I count on that? And if so, do I need to apply in my home country, Denmark, or is it possible to apply from another Chinese embassy in the world?

Just to out line, I don't have any university degree nor experience.

Sonia, I am afraid that you need to apply in your own country, according to the latest requirement. And I am not sure you can apply for the Z type successfully because you don't have college diploma.
