I'm a male dragon

They should not make risky investment this year and may play the lottery but a way of making money.
Actually I didn't quite get it that is it good to play lottery or no?

Mehdi, it means that you may buy lottery to try your luck. If you are lucky, you may gain some money. However, you shouldn't invest your money randomly because your fortune luck isn't good.
