Getting to hong kong airport from Aberdeen very early morning best way

Can I catch the airport express from the Western harbour tunnel if I alight there from the 970x bus from aberdeen?

Yes, you can take bus 970X to Western Harbour Crossing Toll Plaza. After getting off, you can just walk to Kowloon station to take the airport express.

I have no idea who early you will go for the trip. But the first bus leaves at 05:30 and the first train of Airport Express leaves at 05:54.
