In general, you need to have a single entry Tourist L for your visiting in China.

You will go to HK from China mainland? Would you mind tell me how long you will stay in China?

Just go apply a L-category (Tourism) for 10 years with multiple entries. Every time you go through Hong Kong the duration of stay is reset.
