About:China Tourist Visa

My BIL applied for tourist visa and the tourist L is with him. Can I travel with him?

Hi, I'm Vicky from India. Can I be able to travel without a L and once after I reach there I'll get my permit. Is that fine???

If you want to travel with your BIL, you also need to apply a Tourist L. You cannot travel with him without a L.
