yungang grottoes - hanging monastery - stay in hunyuanshahe - wutaishan

Hi,We are at the end of 2014, so I try to have other answers for my questions :1.   In april 2015, from Datong, we would like to take buses and visit in the same day Yungang grottoes and     Hanging Monastery. Is it possible ? and what are the bus schedules ?2.   After that, we would like to stay in a hostel or guest house near Hanging Monastery. Where can we stay ? In Hunyuan, is it possible ?3.  The day after, we would like to go to Wutai Shan with a bus. Where can we take a bus and what are the buses shedules ?thanks a lot for your answers

1. Yes, you can cover both of them in a day. To make full use of your time, I suggest you take a taxi for a round trip to visit the grottose, because it is only around 10mi from the city center. After that, go to DT Bus Station to take a direct bus to Hanging Monastery. Buses for this route are scheduled from 06:30 to 18:00.2. You are suggested to stay in a hotel in Hunyuan County, because I remember no accommodation is available near the scenic area. 3. You can take a bus or taxi from the Monastery to Hunyuan. At Hunyuan Bus Station, there are direct buses to Wutaishan. For the whole trip, it takes around 3h. However, I am not clear about the bus timetable.

Hi! We are a couple from SPAIN. We are going to be in Beijing in April 2015 too and we would like to go to DT and visit the Yungang Grottes and the Hanging Monastery (one day excursion between the 5th and the 10th of April).
