Hi, I'm a Filipino Citizen but currently residing in Tokyo Japan as a permanent visa holder.

I'm planning to visit Shanghai for a week tour only, How can I get a permit and what are the necessary documents needed to apply for it? Where can I go to apply for a visa?

If so, you need to apply through a local tour agency in Japan to get it. In general, you need to prepare your valid passport, an application form, a recent taken photo, your hotel bookings, the round trip ticket, your permanent resident permit in Japan to make your plan.
