There are rail available from Yinchuang to City like Nanjing and Wuxi, but most would be slow T, K or Z types which takes a long time like 30 hours. If you want to enjoy the scenery on the train, it is a good way to go by rail. If you want the time cut in short, the flight would be better. The price depneds on which one you choose.
