May I know whether you are still a student now?

If you has already work now and this application is your first time for applying, the bank statement, BIR-stamped income tax return form, working proof, or Professional ID are needed. If you are still a student, you need to have a proof from your school.

She can re-apply three months after the rejection.

If so, please do not worry.
Your parents will support your studying right? If so, you only need to provide a proof from your school or your form school to prove you are still a student.

If your stickers are for entering China, your student proof is not needed this time. If they are not for entering China, the proof from the school is still needed.

If your parents will support you and you can get an admission letter (or together with a JW202 Form), they will require more special documents. In this way, the bank statement of your parents may be needed to prove that they have enough money to support.
If you still worry or are confused, you are suggested to consult the embassy directly, because they are in charge of this part.
