How can I go and enjoy A Symphony of Lights from king's road fortress hill, Hong Kong?

Hey, you can take Island Line and get off at Wan Chai or Central. Then you’ll see it. If you wanna see it closely, take a star ferry from Central to Tsim Sha Tsui.
