Can nepalese citizen take Hongkong Tourist visa from Delhi?

The required documents are filled appliction form (ID1003A), a recent passport photo, a copy of your passport information and visa pages and your personal financial status, such as bank bills, tax receipts and salary certificate, and your flight itinerary.

1. What is the maximum time taken by embassy to issue it?
2. Can it be taken 2-3 months in advance from the date of travel?

One more question:

I am filling 1003A form. In the last page, I found supplementary sheet where I can enter name of spouse who is travelling with me.
As I am planning to travel with my wife, do I need to fill separate form for her or details in supplementary form along with her passport is enough?
