Benjamin, you need to apply from CVASC branch in Sydney. It is located at Level 5, 299 Elizabeth Street (the Opposite of Museum Station). The required documents are your passport, filled application form, a recent passport photo, round-trip air tickets, hotel reservation and travel itinerary. Besides, proof of your legal stay in Australia (visa or resident permit) is also required. A single entry one costs around 88.5 Australian dollars.
