if i submit my document for visa on tuesday can i be interviewed the same day?

or the next day being Wednesday ?my visa letter from china  is for lagos ,can I go for it in ABUJA?

Usually, the interview will not be on the same day you hand in the application documents. After you sumbit all the documents, you can get a receipt and interview time is printed on the receipt. There is no embassy in Lagos any more. If the invitation letter is for the Chinese embassy, you can use it in Abuja, where the new embassy locates.
