About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

Can I bring a "Airwheel" (one wheel battery driven ride) as checked in luggage?

The battery is permanently fitted inside the unit. Travelling from china to Seoul - Europe.

Personally speaking, it cannot be checked-in because of its large battery. You had better contact the airline for confirming.
