What waterfalls do you want to see? Do you mean the Hukou Waterfalls?
If so, there is no direct bus and you need to transfer twice to reach the waterfalls. Thus, you are suggested to hire a local car to reach directly. If you really want to take the public bus, you can take bus to Linfen from Pingyao first. Upon reaching, you can take a local bus to Jixian County, where you can find the buses for the water falls.0
