Fuzhou Airport Transit

I have a transit time of about 10 hrs from midnight to 10am. Does anyone know if it is a 24 hours airport and if we are allowed to wait in transit area? thks in advance.

As I know, the airport will be closed when the daily flights end.
You are suggested to stay one night in Garden Hotel, which is located near the airport. Just need to apply for a stay permit.
