how to renew passport

I have a Republic of China passport, It has been expired, I am now living in the USA in Louisiana, How can I renew my passport? I want to go to travel next year.

You need to go to apply in Houston Consulate directly for application and the documents you need to prepare are: an application form, a 48mm*33mm photo, your expired passport, your green card or visa and your personal statement (your basic information and reasons for changing passport).
