Needing some insight for female born 5-4-1987

I move five steps forward and then fall back ten. I have found in my careers I am always being questioned by morals and ethics even when I avoid them, they fall into my laps. I have finally been offered a job that pays a high salary and is close to my significant other however the company has not opened the position yet. Not sure what to do. I have had the worst luck in career and love until I met my current partner who is showing great potential and stability. Advice?
