About:China Consulate in Houston

what is the process to re-new Hong Kong passport?

and will the Chinese Consulate in Houston open tomorrow 11/26/2014, if open, what is the business hour for tomorrow?

You need to go to the consulate in Houston directly. The documents you need to prepare are: your current passport, your HK permanent ID card and an application form for overseas.

It will open on Nov 26, so please do not worry. The business time is from 09:00 to 17:30 and you are suggested to go earlier.
