About:China Business Visa

If I have a category M visa, do i need to obtain additional papers to travel other cities?

I have an M type which is valid for 30 days. My conference will end within the first week of my travel. If I plan to visit Gunagzhou and Shanghai within the valid 30 days, do I need to apply for some special permission?

No more special permission is needed. You can only use your valid M type to visit Shanghai and Gangzhou.
