About:Baggage Allowance for International Flights

I am going to fly with China Eastern to Shanghai and then to Manila.

I just wanna know what is the maximum average weight and size of a check in luggage And,is it possible that my luggage can go directly to Manila from Dalian?,.I mean check in in Dalian and then pick it up in Manila?,even if i have a connecting flight from Dalian to Shanghai and Shanghai to Manila?,

Hey, your luggage should be less than 32kg and its size should be within 40*60*100cm. If you take connecting flight, I think you needn't pick up your luggage when you arrive in Dalian. However, you'd better confirm this with the airline company.
