Qingdao to Ningbo and to Guangzhou. Is bullet train available for the routes?

No train service is available to Ningbo, let alone the bullet ones. To experience the bullet trains, you can head for Shanghai Hongqiao first and then transfer to another one to your destination.
From Ningbo to Guangzhou, only one normal express train is in operation - K212. It takes around 23h. To avoid such a long trip, I suggest you fly to Guangzhou directly.0
