About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I get 24 hours transit?

I'm holding Burmese Passport with indefinite leave to remain visa from UK.My transit in Beijing
Will be 7 hours in the mean time I would like to go out from airport .So, do I need to transit G type or not?

Since it is just a 7-hour transit, no Transit G type is required. You just need to apply for a stay permit to leave the airport.
