Do ATMs apply any charge/commission on cash withdrawals with credit cards or prepaid cards?

Yes, commission is charged when you withdraw money from ATMs. You may ask your bank how much it will be charged when you withdraw money overseas.

According to what I have found, the ATM provider doesn't charge service fee.
