Will Xian Muslim Quarters restaurants and shops be still open from 8:30PM - 10:00PM?

Of course. All the stores will open during that time and many stores even operate till midnight.

Are there any restaurants in this area that sell both the flatbread mutton soup and rou jia mo sandwich? Since I cannot converse in Mandarin having a menu in English or with pictures will be appreciated.
