hi, is it possible for me to walking around harbin tiger park without hiring any van or bus?

and if i want to hire a van to take a tour, how much it will be approximately?

It is impossible. You have to get on a sightseeing bus or hire a van on your own to closely see the tigers. It is forbidden to walk around. It is too dangerous.
