About:China Consulate in Montreal

Am I eligble to apply in Montreal?

I am a Canadian citizen born in Ontario but currently residing and working Montreal. I have been working and living here for the past seven months. I am 'subletting' a room and therefore have no proof of address in Montreal, yet I am employeed by a company here and have proof of employment in Montreal.
