About:China Postal Service

Tracking number RM201059113CN

Hi, my item has been stucked at "departure from outward office of exchange" from China to Australia on the 27th of October. It has been about 3 weeks going to 4 weeks and I still haven't received my item yet.
When will I get it? I don't think it'll take that long because it's just shoes.
So, can you please check when will I get it ? Thanks
