withdrawing US dollars vith credit card in China

my friends want to withdraw US dollars with a visa or mastercard in China. Where can that be done? They are leaving China Tuesday.

Hey, he can withdraw money from any ATM with Visa or Master logo. However, he needs to pay handling fee. I guess it won't be cheap.
