Tianhe lake and qingyan ancient town

Was looking thru and wondering if tianhe lake and qingyan is nearby as will be going to huaxi. But wondering if getting a hotel at huaxi would be good to get to both places easily.

It’s about 16mi between. If you want to get a hotel which could access to both the attractions easily, you’re suggested to stay at the Huaxi downtown area. So it is not too far for you to go any of the places.
Or you can just stay at hotel near one of the attractions and then go to another one.
