how i can apply for the visa?

Thank you very much for your reply,it was really helpful.  I am planning to stay there for one month because i have a friend there so i have place to stay...but is it possible? If possible..what requirements i need to prepare? How much i need to pay and how long do i need to wait for it? Do i still need to provide a hotel booking even i have a place to stay?

Marlon, you just need to ask your friend to send you an invitation letter. If he is a Chinese, a copy of his ID card is required. If he is a foreigner, copies of his passport information page and visa page are required. If you get these documents, you needn't provide round-trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Besides, your passport, completed application form and a recent six months passport photo are required too. Normally, it takes four working days to deal with your application. A single entry L type costs AED 150.
