Malaysian travel from hongkong to a day trip in guangzhou

Hi I am from Malaysia will travel to Hongkong and will be a day trip to guangzhou. Does it need a visa to enter into Guangzhou since I travel by train from Hongkong?

Yes, there is no VOA for Guangzhou. You need to apply one in advance before you go there.
